Has already two: scry and reskill.

I don't like this idea particularly well, but then again, I've had my fair
share of bad ideas for Ash, too. Let me explain my reasoning: Currently,
Ashenzari allows to broadly boost all skills (two conditions: skill is
low, and gear is cursed) and to actively move xp from one skill to
another. The former is passive and the latter is strategical -- nothing
you'd use in battle.
The ability you suggest is tactical, however. It would be like using an
ability of Okawaru. If you want to use an Ashenzari ability in battle,
there is already Scrying. (There was the proposal to make Scrying an
instant action, which has pros and cons.) Now, there would be two
competing tactical actions, for a god who was designed to be mostly
passive.
I believe this is why I instinctively assumed this power to be passive.

I have contemplated suggesting a mild skill boost (think piety stars minus
three) for (d). But I believe it is better to stay with the two skill
boosts we already have, and tweak them, if desired. Opinions welcome, of
course.
