A newly added unique, Ignacio, has a Makhleb-related theme: a human
executioner who has been given immortality[1] and a demonic form as a reward
from Makhleb for his love for his job.

I had doubts if that's good enough -- of course, worlds better than the
hordes of Jozefs, Josephs, Francesses or Harolds, but being better than
those doesn't mean something is good.  If you change Makhleb in this
direction, Ignacio instead of being a stretch will fit perfectly.
