Haha, in css the basepath for custom content is:
$server/cstrike/custom/somedir
I thnink it's the same for hl2dm, dods, tf2.
L4D* is a different thing, hl1 is complete different and CSGO is a super
special solution to make it more interesting.
Maybe we get next time some hidden updates. It's more interesting for using
strace to seek out the new pat(s).

They bring out the pipe conversions for many games (I think all) and do

One team is using for hl2 mods different appids and the other team for hl1
is using only the appid 90 and bring out a new option for the steamcmd tool
to install mods.
