Nice question! If a workshop creator of a map , packs his .kv file with the .bsp file, when he upload the map to workshop, does that mean that we cannot use our own .kv files to overwrite his?
And also, if you want to edit a workshop map of yours and you have deleted your .vmf hammer file, how to restore it back ? To be honest , I don't remember if you are able to upload .vmf files on workshop ..
