Yeah I did change in that file right before I posted here. But I haven't restarted the servers yet, so I guess I will see tomorrow if it fixed it or not. :)

I've found that this happens if you try to control player counts through the visible maxplayers cvar instead of setting maxplayers in the gamemodes_server.txt file. Its been like this for months now and its kinda messing up some stuff in stats and such.And sometimes a map only have X spawns and if the server then allows more players on the server than I want, it becomes a problem. And no, I'm not running any kind of reserved or hidden slots.Also I'm using -maxplayers_override X to set the limit.
