FYI, this is our number #1 priority right now.  It appears to only be 
happening with Declude JunkMail (not with the other Declude programs, 
unless Declude JunkMail is running as well).  We are trying to determine if 
the problem was introduced in v1.24 or 1.25.  We have been using a tool 
that shows the changes between versions, but have been unsuccessful at 
finding out what change has caused this.  It is especially difficult to 
track down because we can not reproduce the problem here.

Please let me know how it goes with 1.24, as that may help determine where 
the problem was introduced, which will help narrow down the section of code 
causing this.  If anyone has any clues that might help that haven't been 
posted here, please let me know.  Thanks.
