The next release of Declude JunkMail will have support for using CIDR to
designate IP ranges for the WHITELIST option and IP blacklists. So you can
either use the old format ("192.168.100.112" or "192.168.100."), or the new
format ("192.168.100.112/32" or "192.168.100.0/24"), starting with the next
release.
