Yes, I agree.  Thing is, this is a Road Runner issue, not mine.

And if was an issue with my mail servers, the spirit of co-operation
that normally governs such things on the Internet was lost here.  This
reminds me of something AOL would pull.  Punish everyone for one rogue
email server.

So, what would ya'll do?  I have called, emailed, etc.  72 hours is
ridiculous.

This especially annoying in light of the efforst I have put into
implementing anti-spam and virus software to protect my users....
