Have these people never heard of the "sent items" folder? I know people do this a lot, but it is not necessary (IMHO) and generates extra mail traffic. We have tried very hard to teach our people to use the "sent items" so we don't have a huge problem with marking these as spam.

I too see that. One of our largest clients will often send out excess inventory lists to several people.
