Er, Win32 _has_ dropped out of focus. Talk Win32 and you get no time from Microsoft - yes we have split the Windows Product Group into two (the .NET group - which Delphi is a part of) and the C++ and Mobile group (which focuses on building cross platform & native applications). Delphi Win32 isn't going to go away for quite a few years I suspect, but I also don't think that it would be sensible for Borland to spend its money in a 64 bit compiler (especially when the performance simply isn't there from these processors yet).
