As most know, this great feature was lost because of apache licensing
constraints. However, the ApacheNB team has found ways to allow such
things to be downloaded/enable on request thus not violating Apache issues.
I don't know how many feature are lost (and so break existing projects).
Since the capability is in NB, I'm wondering if it's easy to start
including an auto download of missing features such as Matisse.
