Maybe we could make it easier for users to notice about these plugins by
including them in the welcome page, for instance.
IIRC, the IntelliJ IDEA IDE walks the users through an initial wizard
after install, suggesting them to install some most used plugins
(Theming, VIM emulation, etc.).
