the beansbinding library hasn't been updated in 13 years. I believe its
safe to say that it isn't maintained anymore.
If someone wants to put it and the missing Matisse parts (?) on the
plugin portal - thats fine i guess. But NB should not automatically
download anything or advertise it in my opinion.
