I don't blame you for not diving deeper, the range class grew somewhat
organically as understanding grew ( and is still growing ;-) ) and is
now way to complicated, I'd like to re-write it ( one of the reasons why
I am concentrating on building lots of tests around this area )

I have to admit I didn't quite understand what you meant with the flags
etc. ( but I need to look again at this ) it's probably best I ping you
( if that's ok ) when I get back to looking at Range in order to
interrogate you further.
