about the testing, I have used simulated-time-local-cluster at first, the
test cases sometime run success, sometime run fail. It was hang by
wait-for-atleast-N-buckets! .
After I changed to local-cluster, all tests run success. I just changed
local-cluster and sleep. I think simulated-time-local-cluster may be has some
problem.
