FWIW, I'm afraid I also find the Apple site difficult to use (read "nearly 
impossible to find the information I wanted") on the several occasions I've 
had cause to access it. 

I like the look of the site, but finding support options, well the impression 
is that they aren't really interested in supporting "Joe Average".
