Isn't it a bit late to be talking about a complete change to this design?
Matthew, Daniel, Andrew and the others have done a great job. Their design is so much better (both visually and more usable) than what we have now. Let's quit discussing and *DO* something -- get the new design in use. We can change it again later, if that seems necessary after we see what if any problems users have with this design.
Repeating what Daniel said in an earlier note:
The question at hand is not "is there anything we can change?" It's not even "is there anything we can improve?". ... At some point you just have to ask "is this *better* that what we have today?" and if it is, accept it and go forward. We can talk about doing another update LATER.
How many times do we need to repeat that? The mockup is *MUCH BETTER* than what's on the site now. Let's use it.
