Waiting for 18 months to do any changes is a problem. Louis, when eleven people come and tell you that there's a problem with the way the website is managed, that should clue you in that the problem is real. Being able to point out to *some* change that got accepted 18 months ago does not alter the fundamental problem that the website is stagnant and it seems like you continuously find some way to avoid accepting someone's contribution.
