Yes, we discussed this earlier, but let's give it a try...
I like the idea of the word "developers" since most other projects
use it. In my opinion, this is what coders look for.

A tab can point only to one page. We have to decide whether we
would like to link to the wiki or to a page on the main site first.
I'd prefer the latter, but we need to work on the landing page
either way. Neither development.ooo nor the wiki homepage are a
good target at the moment.
Unless we use javascript to have a popup menu of options from the tab
bar.
