I think Colin's suggestion for more than one meeting would be best. Normally 
these things proceed for well over 2 hours, which is quite a length of time, 
especially considering it's very late at night for some tuning in and that many 
attendees have not even stuck around that long in the past. 

Trying to break it up into 30-45 minute meetings covering defined topics in 
each is likely going to be better for everyone. Those who want to discuss a 
particular topic won't have to wade through hours of other material, those who 
are up late to attend will not have to extend that into wee hours of the night, 
and we're likely to get more focused arguments and results from a shorter 
meeting than a ridiculously long one.
