Wow, Travis. You should be a motivational speaker! With kind words like that you'll get those lazy bastards working faster! : / I am actually surprised at how quickly this project is taking shape when you take into account that it is being designed as it is built by a commitee of strongly independent thinkers. It is always easier and faster to copy something that has been done before. Freenet node development does not have that luxury. Since there is no deadline it is likely best to do it right rather than release buggy software at a fast and furious rate by taking the popular shotgun approach to QA. Surely the developers deserve a lot more credit than being inaccurately called slow and unambitious. They have not *just* added encryption to Freenet, they have added the whole anonymity and content verification concept to Freenet which was totally absent 3 months ago. I write this hoping that the developers don't have to waste their breath defending themselves against the abusive minority and can instead use that time to continue to write great code. I would remind people with such criticisms to blame themselves for not helping out as much as they can. I am not saying, Travis, that you are necessarily pointing fingers, but you are not helping the team spirit with such comments.
