Hi! I agree with Dieppe. There should be a simple system that manages translations. The primary language should be english, cuz everyone understands it. Then every key is either clean(it's meaning is exactly what it is in english), dirty(the english value is modified and needs to be looked after) or missing(it isn't present at this non-english language). Then ppl who wish to translate can click on "I'd like to translate english->xxxx" then he sees all not-clean keys. It''s just that simple, I can't imagine such a system isn't exists(or just I dont know if it is). It should allow the download of the current language pack, so it can be integrated with the build process. And ofc web-based to provide easy access.
