Of course.  If you don't pay your annual lease, do you retain any
rights to it?  No.

Many leases are "assignable."

No, I never said that.  And if you decide to use a different reseller,
than you will have already done a transfer, and I have no further
interest in you.  The point is that in NO event does OpenSRS have any
direct contact with you.
