Not legally.

The only way the RSP can obtain the username and information
is to make modifications to the code that is not supported
by OpenSRS.  If it was supported by OpenSRS then OpenSRS
would provide the username and password to the RSP upon
request.

The OpenSRS web site states in many places that the RSP is
not authorized to have the username and password.  If a RSP
does as you are suggesting then he is acting in an
underhanded manner to his client and to OpenSRS.

So as usual you are setting up straw men and trying to
ignore what is under discussion.

Or the RSP can accept personal responsibility for
maintaining
username/password records locally rather than blaming others
for his
