Actually *it is* a problem at OpenSRS.  OpenSRS has confirmed
this.  OpenSRS is not currently parsing the denied transfer messages they
receive from the registry after the losing registrar denies the
tranfer.  As soon as they implement that feature, the "timeout waiting for
registry" messages will probably go away.
