And he knew that before and could have changed the address in time. 
Now he just needs to call NSI's 800 service and ask them to change 
the address or do this via Fax. May take some time, though ;-)
I'm sure not a friend of NSI but I can't see an NSI specific problem 
here, the whole thing could have happened at another Registrar as 
well. It's mainly a combination of bad circumstances.
