Hi Patrick, I think there has been enough discussion on this in the last couple days to show you that this is documented protocol and why. The way this works is fraudulent, but the point is that you paid for a service you didn't recieve. This doesn't necessarily say it's fraudulent, just that the product was not shipped in an appropriate fashion.
