The customer even spoke with NSI who told him he had to buck up before the domain could be transferred. NSI followed up with an email thanking the customer and letting him know that he was now now free to perform the transfer.
The domain expired Dec 26, 2001. The customer paid NSI to free the domain for xfer, then paid us for the transfer. The transfer has since been completed and the current expiration of the domain is Dec 26, 2002. Scott
