Can you define "hijacked"? It appears from the WHOIS that you are still the RSP for the domain even though it now points to this singer's Web site, so the domain itself doesn't seem to have been hijacked to another registrar, etc. Do you mean someone stole the management password for the domain, then logged in and re-pointed the name servers at a new Web site? If so, that's not something OpenSRS could really be expected to fix immediately when notified at 8PM Friday night; it would presumably require some investigation to determine whether the password was indeed stolen (and if so, that would presumably be the customer's fault for choosing a weak password or giving it to someone else, so he can hardly complain that it requires some time to verify). But perhaps I'm misunderstanding. I'm sure I speak for many when I say I'd be interested in hearing details about how the "hijacking" took place, this time and the previous time. Without knowing that, it's difficult to say who is at fault (and who should therefore jump through hoops to fix it). -- Robert L Mathews, Tiger Technologies "The trouble with doing something right the first time is that nobody appreciates how difficult it was."
