Someone, I am guessing the person you spoke with, has put the domain on
hold. It will stay that way until Monday when one of our compliance types
can deal with this issue/problem/hijcaking

I dont know why or how this was hijacked, but your customer will want to
speak to OpenSRS compliance on Monday.
