Yes, but if he hadn't been using the domain at all, it's hardly an
*emergency*, eh? A few extra days wait isn't going to affect damages/loss of
livelihood that has already been ocurring for a year.

Why? The real owner IS who I stated on friday,
though he's been without his domain longer than I thought
it is still his domain and he is intitled to have
control of it returned to him as quickly as possible.
