I've gone from Prototype too moo.Fx too every other one out there, but none of them caught me long enough to actual look into them properly.
jQuery caught me due to the way it uses CSS calls for getting elements - I'm not a fan of Javascript, in fact i hate Javascript and always have done! But jQuery started to reel me in as it took away all the effort and banging of my head on my desk when i couldnt get things working. I've only recently started to use it properly, but ive kept my eye on it and all the others since they was released.
