I'm going to agree with Claire. I switched to a standing desk, and I am amazed. I was convinced that I wouldn't like it, or I wouldn't be productive, but that's not the case at all. The soreness in my neck has gone away, I have more energy, and I sleep better at night. It's kind of crazy, but it seems to work for me.
