Businesses may be able to write it off, but they question the total expense 
every time. The cost of the conference has always been easy to justify to 
employers, but the total cost of the convention has always been excessively 
high.  Add to that by putting in the Christmas holiday window, and it's been 
impossible for me to justify for many years.
