So if we can agree that the intent is to restrict the policy to concerning
LOPSA events / professional situations, what should the wording be?

Also, I think employers are allowed to discriminate based on illicit drugs,
since they can be a fireable offense? Anyone know for sure (or is friendly
with an HR department that knows?)
