That would normally fall under the prohibition against engaging against
illegal activity, though it differs among employers. Governmental
organizations, for instance, usually don't differentiate between
personal or private activity for semi-obvious reasons. Other
organizations may not care what you do on your personal time as long as
you do not engage in any illegal activity while at the office or on the
clock.
