MP3Tag lets you edit the RG tags by hand. The normal RG ref level is
89dB which is 15-bits... and is fine. Remember, if the track peaks
below that, RG changes nothing. Ignoring highly compressed cr*p, you
won't notice a difference in audio quality. The cr*p will still sound
cr*p unfortunately...
