to get to the title of the mailbox, make sure you are not interacting with 
the mailbox and use vo with arrows till you find it.

Ok, and here i thought i was the clever one, but i obviously need to
read up on how to read mail effectively as a blind person, is there
such a tutorial? I don't know how to get at those message numbers...
