I'd say it's already there as well. I didn't find that flash access worked well in windows, but it's been a while since I've used a windows machine so access could have improved. I feel certain that flash access will make it's way to the mac sooner rather than later, and, that apple will figure out a way to make the access to flash better than that offered by windows screen readers once they add it to voice over and safari.
