umm. that's the current behaviour :)
and the problem is word, inserting meaningless titles automatically (and people never really checked what is in the title), so that titles usually where "2" or the title of previous secret agreement ;) )
so, this _should_ be an option.
I agree.
But, perhaps the rational response would be to totally eliminate titles. Let's just remove the option. I think it is just a little bit too confusing.
