If that is the case, this is an easy issue to solve:
* If there is a document title- use it. Otherwise, use the filename.
As most users won't set titles, they won't notice any difference, while those who do, get to enjoy the advanced feature.
I never understood why this was a preference in the first place, and not the behavior I described above.
This is *EXACTLY* what 1.1.x does. Isn't it amazing that this feature wasn't broken and yet we needed to fix it!
