I am very pro-security, but there are a number of questions that would need to be answered for an approach like this.
The first one that comes to mind is who is going to perform the user management, such as re-setting forgotten passwords, deleting stale accounts, etc. Another would be whether or not moving to this model affect the liability exposure of SCFN.
