We don't have enough volunteers for that. Also commitees tend to work worse than individuals, because everybody thinks someone else will do something.
The point is to have someone to activily search new areas of promoting open source and actively trying to solve problems.

I don't think we really need an assembly vote here. The board agrees with you that we need to divide responsibility. The problem is lack of volunteers. If you would like to take this task, I would be glad to appoint you in charge of finding volunteers for project managers, and defining projects that need to be managed.
Right, that what a PR person/people would do. Keep reminding people keep making up ideas on where it should be advertised. Email universaties try to connect people. This way you would have 1-3 people which their job would be to help pormote things like that. And things won't fall between the chairs. So I see somehing like vaad or a person making a suggestion, the vaad decide which sub project it belongs to, the sub project work on it and keeps the vaad updated about things, the vaad cycle between the sub projects making sure that they don't ignore important things and provides advice and resources where needed. Is that such a bad idea??
