Ich habe Nordtast und Neo allerdings mit meinem eigenen Testskript geprüft, und obwohl Nordtast auch bei mir besser abschneidet als Neo, ist der Abstand deutlich geringer als bei Ulf. Meine Ergebnisse (nur für die deutsche Sprache – etwas gekürzt): Neo - 1.78 billion total penalty compared to notime-noeffort - 3.97 mean key position cost in file 1gramme.txt - 4.82 % finger repeats in file 2gramme.txt - 4.70 % of trigrams have no handswitching (uppercase ignored) - 0.20 billion rows² to cross while on the same hand Nordtast - 1.76 billion total penalty compared to notime-noeffort - 4.28 mean key position cost in file 1gramme.txt - 1.83 % finger repeats in file 2gramme.txt - 3.80 % of trigrams have no handswitching (uppercase ignored) - 0.19 billion rows² to cross while on the same hand Dvorak - 1.90 billion total penalty compared to notime-noeffort - 4.61 mean key position cost in file 1gramme.txt - 2.54 % finger repeats in file 2gramme.txt - 3.64 % of trigrams have no handswitching (uppercase ignored) - 0.19 billion rows² to cross while on the same hand Colemak - 1.86 billion total penalty compared to notime-noeffort - 4.08 mean key position cost in file 1gramme.txt - 2.72 % finger repeats in file 2gramme.txt - 9.25 % of trigrams have no handswitching (uppercase ignored) - 0.24 billion rows² to cross while on the same hand Qwertz - 2.95 billion total penalty compared to notime-noeffort - 5.95 mean key position cost in file 1gramme.txt - 6.72 % finger repeats in file 2gramme.txt - 11.5 % of trigrams have no handswitching (uppercase ignored) - 0.45 billion rows² to cross while on the same hand Wichtig dabei: Bei meinem Test von Nordtast komme ich auch 1,8% Fingerwiederholungen, nicht die unter 1%, die Ulf beschreibt. Allerdings ist auch der Optimierer hier noch nicht perfekt; es gibt noch ein paar ToDos. Außerdem: Neo hat die geringsten Kosten für Tastenpositionen (in meiner Rechnung auch besser als Nordtast), dafür aber mehr Fingerkollisionen. Was Ulf gemacht hat ist eine verdammt gute Belegung, aber was sie davon abhält, ein wirkliches Optimum zu sein ist, dass er, soweit ich es verstehe, mit Parametern arbeitet, die größtenteils ungeprüft sind, bzw. die nur von ihm geprüft sind und nicht weit diskutiert wurden. Das geht natürlich schneller, hat aber den deutlichen Nachteil, dass min leicht wichtiges übersieht. Und wenn automatisch optimiert wird, hängt die Güte des Layouts vollständig an der Wahl der Parameter (zumindest, wenn der Optimierer gut ist).
