Hmm, in re-reading this whole thread, I think my understanding of the -Dconfig=
param is the same as Brian's (see #comment-22930 above). I was under the
impression that's how it works with prior versions of DSpace, though I've not
made use of this param in the past, so I can't say definitively. I would say if
we could have ant use the provided config and install it, as Brian outlines,
then that would be the ideal. If, however, I've misunderstood how this param
has performed in the past, then I think the more expanded functionality of
patch 2, despite the lateness of the hour of its inclusion, would be the best
approach. I'm actually considering running with patch 2 in production.
