Things seem to move in the dpkg-dspam team. Matthijs Möhlmann has
proposed to merge the (for now) experimental branch to trunk in the svn
repository, and will review the package in view of a possible upload
once done. I am currently reviewing and testing 3.9.1 RC1 in order to
ensure the packages are in good shape (I have already fixed a lot of
problems which weren't yet raised by any user).

Stevan, you have already done a lot. I know I can get your support in
case we encounter a major problem, which is much more than what a Debian
packager can expect from upstream in most situations.

Cheers,
Julien
