What he's looking for in this case is what has been called a "DSTAR Hotspot" or simplex DSTAR internet gateway. This does not exist...yet, but it is being worked on. It will most likely require a GMSK modem board though. More information might be gained in the gmsk_dv_node Yahoo group.
