This letter was originally sent to Tom privately, but I'm posting it here
because it expresses an opinion about a repair place, and we all should be
informed.

Thanks, Tom. I did email them and also DT&T. But that was his job.
Frankly, I'm majorly pissed off at this guy Paul and his whining he doesn't
have a part. I hired him to fix it, and he's supposed to be Mr. Expert Man.
So he doesn't have a part and knows some people who do, but he wants to
shove the job over to the other people when he knows the computer was sent
to him at great expense.
If my mother's car needs to be fixed and the mechanic doesn't have a part,
he doesn't tell her to pick up the car and take it to another mechanic, or
expect her to go calling around to see who has the part. He orders the part
from his supply chain, waits for it to come in, and fixes the car like a
professional.
This guy made a very bad impression.
