Hey Paul,
If it is any consolation I think you are in the right here. I too was
shocked to read what she posted.
As for your policy thoughts... forget it. Like Lincoln said you can
not satisfy all of the people all of the time. You are doing things
right... but some folks don't understand how business works/or just
want to complain their way through life. No sense in letting those
folks lead us around by our noses.
