The use of the TradeMark "eBusinessReady" goes back to 2003 as a  
result of the UCC and DGI forming their Joint Partnership for  
industry-neutral software compliance and interoperability testing  
program. The partnership (contract) ended in 2005. DGI started to  
create their own branding of the "Drummond Certified" program in 2006.


Since UCC is now part of GS1 the reference links to the defunct  
partnership now point to GS1 which still holds the TM of eBusinessReady.
